CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

Christmas is both a sacred religious holiday and a worldwide cultural and commercial phenomenon. For two millennia, people around the world have been observing it with traditions and practices that are both religious and secular in nature. Christians celebrate Christmas Day as the anniversary of the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, a spiritual leader whose teachings form the basis of their religion. Popular customs include exchanging gifts, decorating Christmas trees, attending church, sharing meals with family and friends and, of course, waiting for Santa Claus to arrive. December 25–Christmas Day–has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1870.

DAY:MONDAY-FRIDAY

REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

This was the Sixth week of the teaching practice. This week we had he Second Terminal examinations for students.Those who had participated in the Kalotsavam and the Science fair were congratulated in the assembly .We had regular classes only till Wednesday .The student teacher was able to complete two lesson plans and make the overall figure to Twenty -eight.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITY

On 18/12/17 Monday,Today for the second hour I had my IX standard where I made the students to solve the previous year questions ,clarified their doubts and made them do some of the questions on their own.For the VI  period after lunch  I had my IX standard where i took my twenty-fifth lesson plan.

On 19/12/17 Tuesday,was continuation of 'Second Terminal Examination'. During the forenoon session I was assigned the invigilators duty and was busy in clearing the doubt of students.As the exam got over I collected all the answer sheets and gave it to the respective teachers.After lunch too I had my supervision duty in one of the examination halls. 

On 20/12/17 Wednesday,Today for the third hour I had my VIII standard where I was able to take my twenty-sixth  lesson plan and I clarified the doubts of those students who are week and needed help .

 On 21/12/2017 Thursday,Today it was the day of the examination ,for the morning session I was allotted the duty of supervision in one of the halls.After the exam the answer papers were collected and it was handed over to the respective teachers.After the lunch break too I was assigned the supervision duty with one of my co-teachers jino Sir .After the exam the answer sheets were collected numbered and handed over to the respective teachers.

On 22/12/2017 Friday,Today was the day of christmas celebration .we give sweets for children's and gave gift to teachers which are alloted as christmas friends.

This week the teacher trainee could complete two lesson plans as the exams had already started and was really boring to stand in the examination hall with no activity to be done.

On 11/12/17 Monday,Today for the first hour I had my IX standard took the 21th lesson plan with the aid of ICT and I clarified their doubts and made them do some of the questions on their own.After this though I didn't have any period I was then busy in correcting the students notebooks .For the VI  period after lunch I had my VIII standard where I could make them solve the previous year question papers of the second terminal examinations.

On 12/12/17 Tuesday,Today for the third hour I had my IX standard where I was able to take my 22th  lesson plan .After this I was busy checking the notebooks of the IX standard till the sixth period.For the sixth period i had my VIII standard where I clarified the doubts of those students who are week and needed help .

On 13/12/17 Wednesday,on Morning session of NAVAPRABHA for XIth std students i took class with INDUCTIVE THINKING MODEL.Today it the day of the 'Second Terminal Examination'. During the forenoon session I was assigned the invigilators duty and was busy in clearing the doubt of students.As the exam got over I collected all the answer sheets and gave it to the respective teachers.After lunch too I had my supervision duty in one of the examination halls. 

On 14/12/2017 Thursday,on the morning session i took class for 9th on  different types of muscles with the aid of ICT. Today it was the II day of the examination ,for the morning session I was allotted the duty of supervision in one of the halls.After the exam the answer papers were collected and it was handed over to the respective teachers.After the lunch break too I was assigned the supervision duty with one of my co-teachers Vineeth Sir .After the exam the answer sheets were collected numbered and handed over to the respective teachers.

On 15/12/2017 Friday,It was the III day of the examination as usual I was allotted to supervise one of the classes .As the exam got over the answer sheets were collected and handed over to the concerned teacher.After the lunch break too I had my supervision duty at the examination hall and as the exam got over the answer sheets were collected, numbered and handed over to the respective teachers.

 CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY 

                                    This week though we could not do a variety of programmes as the examinations started this week .Though have planned to celebrate Christmas on the 22/12/2017(Friday).
