TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 6: 24.7.2017-28.7.2017
REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE:
Assembly was conducted on MondayTuesday Wednesday and Friday this
week. Photos of the colorful house wise assembly was taken from the first
floor. Diagnostic test was conducted for students of Standard 9 this week.
REFLECTION ON CLASS EXPERIENCE:
Students of 9th was taught the topic Different types of
teeth and their functions using chart. Class test was given to students of
class 9 on tuesday during the substitution period. The topic plant tissues was
taught to 8th Standard students on Wednesday using charts showing structure and
function of plant tissues. Reflective journal and daily diary of this week was
also completed during this week.
OVERALL CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE:
Students of standard 8 and 9 were given lesson plan and activity
oriented classes on Monday Wednesday and Thursday in the respective classes
according to the time table provided. 2 lesson plans were completed in both the
classes. Students were given follow up activities like drawing the structure
and function of different types of teeth, to prepare a picture album showing
the different types of teeth in herbivores and carnivores, to prepare cutouts
of plant tissues, to draw pictures of plant tissues in the science diary.
